Refund Policy

Drop-in Studio Classes:

 

• No refunds available.

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance can switch their booking to another class.

• To book, use the website or message me at least 2 hours before the class and await confirmation from me.

• Payment must be made at the time of booking online.

 

Private 1-1 Sessions:

 

• Payment must be made upon booking.

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a refund.

 

Monthly Memberships:

 

• Payment will be deducted from your nominated card each month on the purchase date.

• To cancel your membership, provide at least 2 weeks’ notice before your next payment is due.

• Please notify me as soon as possible if you need to cancel a class you’ve booked so the space can be offered to someone else.

• If you cancel a class, you may attend a different one that week (subject to availability). Please message me to arrange this.

• Refunds are not available for cancelled or missed classes.

• If you have holidays or extended periods off (over 2 weeks), please inform me the previous month to discuss options.

 

Late Arrivals for Yoga Classes:

 

• Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the class start time.

• Do not arrive more than 10 minutes early.

• Please try to arrive on time to avoid disruptions.

 

Treatments:

 

• Arrive no more than 5 minutes early for your appointment.

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a refund.

• Payments must be made online prior to the treatment or in cash at the start of the session.

 

Parking:

 

• Onsite parking is available (please park only on the bottom drive with the brown gates).

• Avoid blocking other cars to prevent disturbances during class. If blocking a car is unavoidable, please discuss this with the owner at the start of the class.

• Please note, you park at your own risk.

 

Amenities:

 

• Free parking available.

• Please note, there are currently no toilet facilities available.

• Mats and props will be provided for all classes.

 

Photos and Videos:

 

• I will inform you of any photos or videos taken during classes, and you will have the option to opt out.

• Please let me know on the day if you do not wish to be included.

 

Code of Conduct:

 

• Please be mindful of noise when arriving for classes.

• Do not ask to use any facilities inside my family home (e.g., toilets).

• No photos are to be taken outside the studio (photos taken inside or of the studio itself are welcome).

Refund Policy - the basics

Having said that, a Refund Policy is a legally binding document that is meant to establish the legal relations between you and your customers regarding how and if you will provide them with a refund. Online businesses selling products are sometimes required (depending on local laws and regulations) to present their product return policy and refund policy. In some jurisdictions, this is needed in order to comply with consumer protection laws. It may also help you avoid legal claims from customers that are not satisfied with the products they purchased.

What to include in the Refund Policy

Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much, much more.
